Gilbey’s Gin Lemon and Lime Cocktail.

This Cocktail is to open your taste buds and to enjoy every moment of your meal.

Starter:

 Shrimp Cocktail Salad with Thousand Island Dressing.

Main course: 

A Choice of Grilled Beef or Pork or Both served with Spanish Rice and  Asparagus wrap with Eggplant grilled with Garlic,Rosemary and Olive Oil.

Dessert:

Japanese Vanilla Cream Sponge Cake and Mix Berries Sauce.

After Dinner Ending: 

Canberry Rosemary Mocktail.
