Barefeet Saturday Afternoon Yoga takes place on every Saturday from 17.00 – 18.30. This is for you who would like to join a yoga class but don’t want to buy and wear all the smart yoga clothes.
How much or how little you want to wear is 100 pct. up to you as long as you accept that some of the others will not be wearing any clothes at all!
Khru ‘Ae’ Prakaidow is an experienced Thai yoga instructor – educated in India – who instructs effortlessly in both Thai and English. Her sessions are more engaging, interactive, and sharing than the typical yoga session which are often mostly one-way-communication.
Khru Ae is equally good with complete newbies as well as with seasoned yoga practitioners.
Afterwards, if you are not in a hurry, you are welcome to stay for a swim in our pool, sweat it out in the sauna, have a massage or workout more in our fitness area. You could also just hang around for a social chat or enjoy a delicious dinner. Both Thai and International food is available.
